Cost Structure
- Student with OHIP – Assessment is covered . tb skin testing and immunization bloodwork is covered . Paperwork/Forms are not covered – $50 fee
- Student without OHIP – Physician Assessment is $150. Tb skin test is $50 for 1 step and $100 for 2 step. Bloodwork is $50 for immune titres. Vaccinations if needed – $25 for vaccine administration , + Cost of vaccine – $0 charge if government funded
- Worker without OHIP – Assessment is covered. Tb skin testing is not covered
