Cost Structure
- Student with OHIP – Assessment is covered . tb skin testing and immunization bloodwork is covered . Paperwork/Forms are not covered – $50 fee
- Worker with OHIP – Assessment/Visit is covered. TB Testing and forms are not covered. TB Skin Test is $50 for 1 step and $100 for 2 step and Forms are $50.
- Student or Worker without OHIP – Physician Assessment is $150. TB Skin Test is $50 for 1 step and $100 for 2 step. Bloodwork is $50 for immune titres. Vaccinations if needed – $25 for vaccine administration + Cost of vaccine.
